Change of register, Tuesday evening for the last musical evening of the festival “Les 2 Mondes sous les Étoiles”.
It is a magnificent alchemy that is created between the powerful tone of Rosa Inès Villegas, the magnetic singer of the group “Le Cartel de la Rose” and the charm, all in restraint, of the Argentinian Luis Pousa.
A few notes were enough to take the audience, in the bubbling atmosphere of the bars of Buenos Aires: from guitar solos to improvisations, from standards to lesser-known tunes, from milonga to Cuban rhythms, from “Chan Chan” to “Summertime”, it is a whirlwind of colors that makes the feet tingle. The group, also composed of Jean-Michel Parenteau, on percussion, and Louis Guillermin, on double bass, was exceptionally accompanied by saxophonist François Cordas.
